Moorine Rock
Constructed in the mid-1920s, the Moorine Rock Post Office served as an essential communications hub for the growing Wheatbelt community.
Built from local stone along the Great Eastern Highway, the building also operated as the town's general store and telephone exchange,
providing vital services to residents and surrounding farming districts.
The post office played a central role in daily life during Moorine Rock's early years of settlement.
As the community evolved, postal services were relocated, and the original stone building was adapted for other uses.
Today, the former post office remains an important heritage landmark, reflecting the resilience and pioneering spirit of one of Western Australia's early Wheatbelt communities
