The Sandstone Post and Telegraph Office, built in 1908–1909 in Western Australia, was a critical communications hub during the regional gold rush.
Constructed of locally made bricks, the building featured a commodious office, private boxes, and attached residential quarters.
It was upgraded to official status in 1907, serving the rapidly growing town
