Built in 1893, the York Post Office is one of Western Australia's finest examples of Victorian architecture.
Located on the historic Avon Terrace, it has served the York community for more than 130 years.
Unlike many historic post offices across the state, the York Post Office continues to operate as a working post office today.
Its beautifully preserved façade and prominent position within York's heritage streetscape make it a significant landmark and a lasting reminder of the town's rich history.
